    In order to enforce and increase the professional skill and overall quality of the drilling team staff, and make sure each one of the team has certificate for his position so as to face the drastic overseas drilling market with our high-end professional quality. Since the establishment of the company, we have always taken our staff as the most important resource, we assume that the first factor for market competition is the staff training and the improvement of team quality.
    According to the staff training plan at the beginning of this year, 40 team workers, divided into several groups, were sent to Shandong Shengli Oil Field Training centre for HSE certificate, IADC certificate and English training during February, March, April. We adopt “closed in training and centralized management”, combining theory and practice, through teacher’s evaluation, mutual appraisal among students, study record and effect evaluation to urge our staff to carry out self comparison and improve the deficiency which enhance pertinence and efficiency. During staff training, our company pays the salary as usual, vary study expenses and traffic expenditure are also covered by the company.
    To ensure training quality, we put more effort on the training examination, and establish a training examination method, combining the work attendance, performance and examination result with their salary to stimulate their enthusiasm for study.
    Hilong S & E has always putting effort to staff training and make everyone in the company has the feeling of fulfillment. Because our knowledge is not consumed when enter the company, it is a beginning to improve personal acqierement and capacity.
