    Hilong-2 Rig (2000HP) Spud-in its first well for SHELL Drilling Project in Nigeria, on August 9, 2011.
    From 2009, we accepted the technical inspection and HSE audit by Shell and the third party for several times. And finally signed the Contract on April 15, 2011.The success to win the bid of SHELL Drilling Project is an important milestone in the development of Hilong and also is a great step for Hilong Oil Service & Engineering Co., Ltd to enter into the West Africa drilling market.
