    Hilong-15, the 2000HP drilling rig successfully spud-in at 21:30 September 1, 2012 local time in Ecuador , which is another achievement of Hilong S&E in her South America drilling service market.
    After receiving the tender invitation from the Schlumberger on April 11, 2012, the bidding team of Hilong S&E put a huge efforts to prepare the bidding and finally won the bid.
    Only 42 days was spent from the rig’s arrival in Ecuadorian port to spud in , that once again fulfilled our commitment to our customer the timely delivery and efficient operation.
    Spud-in safely and successfully by the team of HL-15 is representing continuous development and expansion of Hilong Oil Service in Ecuador and South America!
