Sewage, Waste Water and Associated Water Treatment

With the continuous development of oil and gas fields, the volume of hazardous liquids such as produced water and flowback fluids from hydraulic fracturing operations is increasing. How to treat and dispose of this wastewater has become an increasingly serious issue. Hilong can provide various technologies to achieve the recycling of these hazardous liquids, thereby reducing disposal costs and protecting our environment.

Steam Generator

This environmentally friendly new green technology, with independent intellectual property rights, fully utilizes the exhaust gas from rig site generators as a heat source. Through atomization and heat exchange, almost 0 energy consumed. it achieves zero discharge treatment of wastewater during the process.

Treatment of produced water and flowback water

By using chemical agents for precipitation and oxidation to remove organic and inorganic pollutants, and by physically filtering out impurities, the water quality can meet standards and be reused as fracturing fluid in subsequent operations. This approach offers the following advantages:

Resource conservation: Reusing treated water for fracturing operations conserves fresh water resources.

Environmental protection: Reducing pollution to groundwater and soil lowers environmental risks.

Compliance: Adhering to environmental regulations avoids penalties and safeguards reputation.

Cost-effectiveness: Lowering treatment and disposal costs improves production efficiency.

High pressure reverse osmosis (RO) membrane water treatment technology

Conventional roll-type reverse osmosis (RSIS) is used in traditional desalination, which requires high pretreatment of wastewater. Poor adaptability to the salt content of wastewater. When the salt content of wastewater (TDS) is 10000mg/L, the yield of conventional roll reverse osmosis clean water is only 50%. The high pressure reverse osmosis water yield is 85%. The ultrahigh pressure reverse osmosis membrane column has the advantages of open channel, short wastewater channel, wide wastewater channel, strong anti-pollution performance, and can adapt to the complex and changeable high salt content environment of oil and gas field wastewater.

Pretreatment +RO+ evaporation crystallization + biochemical treatment process

For the treatment of high-difficulty wastewater, the first pretreatment is carried out, and the hardness of the double-alkali method is used to remove the water, and the hardness meets the requirements of the subsequent process. Most of the oil slicks and emulsified oil in the water were removed by oil separation process. It is mainly used for the first and second stage oil removal of oil production wastewater, removing free oil in water, synchronously removing precipitable particles, and assisting oil removal agents to remove emulsified oil when necessary. The oil content of the effluent is 10~20mg/L. Equipped with auxiliary heating and flushing device, there will be no blockage phenomenon, to ensure the stability of the system processing.
