We offer optimized cementing design services (conventional cementing, foam cementing, liner cementing, tailpipe cementing, stage cementing, direct circulation cementing, reverse circulation cementing, offshore and onshore wells), dynamic circulating temperature simulation, two-dimensional displacement efficiency simulation, three-dimensional displacement efficiency simulation, casing running feasibility analysis, surge and swab pressure simulation, centralizer placement design and centrality simulation, as well as reviews of construction operations. Our services also include cementing fluid services, additive development, and cement slurry system compatibility services.

Technical Advantages

 

HILONG operates an industry-leading joint technology R&D center capable of independently developing cementing additives and composite novel materials. We provide engineering design, technical consultation, and construction services for high-temperature high-pressure wells, ultra-low temperature wells in polar regions, coalbed methane wells, geothermal wells, shale oil and gas wells, wells with severe loss issues, narrow window stratum cementing, and large displacement horizontal wells. Our tailored one-stop cementing solutions are customized based on the geological characteristics of each well. Our complete set of API-standard cement slurry testing equipment includes: high-temperature high-pressure fluid loss meters, high-temperature high-pressure consistometers, six-speed rotational viscometers, pressure testing machines, pressurized curing chambers, and static gel strength analyzers.

Major Achievements

 

Since initiating cementing services in Kazakhstan in August 2011, HILONG has completed over two hundred cementing operations in Kazakhstan, Pakistan, and Iraq, including liner cementing, vertical wells, directional wells, horizontal wells, stage cementing, and narrow gap tailpipe cementing. Our cementing pass rate stands at 100%, with an excellent performance rate of 84.3%. Both our cementing services and quality have been highly acclaimed and praised by clients.
